GRADING POLICY
Please Note no pin is flawless since enamel pins & dioramas are handmade. We do not sell flawless items.
Please keep this in mind when purchasing from our shop 💗
some of the most common flaws in pins are;
*Scratches
*Overfilled or Under-filled enamel.
*specks of enamel paint
*Pin pricks
*Small chips/dents
*Missing plating
Flaws vary from pin to pin. Since enamel pins are handmade. Each pin is subject to different flaws.
GRADES
-STANDARD GRADE (A); These are the best quality pins i have to offer from the whole LE pin batch. A grades will have small flaws/imperfections. Please note standard grade does not mean flawless.
-MINOR FLAW PINS (B); B grade pins tend to be more visible than A grade flaws. Small flaws that don’t affect the overall aesthetics of the pin.
- MAJOR FLAW (C) ; visible flaws (immediately noticeable). C grades are also more affordable because of this.
- FLAWED- D GRADE PINS: D grades are rarely listed. D grade pins have major/ Heavy flaws. Flawed pins.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All sales are final.
However, if you think you have received a heavily damaged item (Broken pin, broken posts, broken parts, defective item, etc.)
*common pin flaws stated at the beginning of this grading guide will not be considered*
Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item. (No exception)
-If a replacement is offered, you will need to return the item within 5 days.
( Please note we will not ship the replacement until the item is in transit )
-If a full refund is offered, please make sure to also return the item within the 5 days. We can’t issue a refund unless the item is in transit.
-We will provide you with a return label (Within the U.S. only)
-No international exchanges. Please note we are a small business and cannot accept international returns due to high shipping fees. A full refund will be offered if Customer decides to return item at their expense. Thank you for your understanding.
COMBINED ORDERS
- Sometimes customers place separate orders in order to snag two different pins/variants.
I will be happy to combine any in hand orders that are placed the same day. In order for us to combine your order you can DM/ email us as soon as you place your orders. Unfortunately we cannot combine orders and refund shipping fees if its not requested right away, since we often ship items the same day.
-Please note In hand items, and Presale items cannot be purchased at the same time. If this happens, customer will have to wait until the pin in production is finished. If you would like the in hand pin to be shipped before please contact me, We will have to charge an extra shipping fee in order to do so. We apologize, and we thank you for your understanding.
SHIPPING POLICY
- We ship items fast!
- Orders placed before 4PM Eastern time, are usually dropped off the same day 💗
-Shipping within the U.S & Canada at the moment. (Due to delays, lost packages, etc)
-Please note once we ship your order we are not responsible for lost packages, we will always try to help out as much as we can from our side. But If item was lost in transit, or delivered to an incorrect address or Apt #, please note its out of our control. We appreciate your support, and thank you for your understanding.
PREORDERS
-Pre-sales cannot be refunded since funds are used to pay for production.
-Production time varies from 8-16 weeks. Dioramas may take a little longer. Since 3 molds have to be made. And the designs are extremely complex.
